Hearing to review the 2026 Annual Surveillance Report & a discussion to amend the Ordinance on Surveillance Oversight and Information Sharing.

As Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Committee, our office will be hosting a joint in person hearing with the Government Operations Committee on Tuesday November at 10am to review the Annual Surveillance Report, the Boston Police Department's revised Surveillance Use Policy for "Social Media Analysis Tools" and a discussion to amend the Ordinance on Surveillance Oversight and Information Sharing.

Members of the public are invited to attend or testify. Please contact our office with any questions or concerns!
